  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) açaí puree (unsweetened frozen packets)
  • 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk (full-fat canned preferred)
  • ½ cup (120ml) cold water or sparkling water
  • 12 teaspoons (7-14ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: measure 1 cup frozen strawberries and 2 tablespoons açaí puree. Thaw açaí slightly if frozen solid. Squeeze 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice and set aside.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, açaí puree, and ½ cup cold or sparkling water into a blender. Pulse a few times to break down berries, then blend on high until smooth and thick. Add more water if too thick.
  3. Pour in 1 cup coconut milk and 1-2 teaspoons sweetener (honey, agave, or maple syrup). Blend on medium speed until creamy and fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.
  4. Optional: add a few ice cubes and blend briefly for a thicker, colder drink. For a thinner texture, add more water or coconut milk.
  5. Serve immediately in a glass or pitcher. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a lime wedge if desired.

Notes

If blender struggles with frozen fruit, let strawberries thaw for 5 minutes before blending. Add coconut milk last to avoid curdling. Adjust sweetness after blending base. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture. Store leftovers in fridge up to 24 hours and shake before drinking.
