Quick, mess-free turkey pinwheel sandwiches with a creamy filling made from cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Perfect for lunchboxes and busy days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill, finely chopped (optional)
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and dill if using. Mix until smooth and well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Warm them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel if stiff.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the creamy filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving about half an inch from the edges.
  4. Layer thinly sliced turkey breast evenly over the creamy spread on each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese per wrap, then add a handful of baby spinach leaves.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly into a pinwheel, keeping the filling snug. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes if needed to firm up.
  7. Using a sharp serrated knife, cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels (6-8 pinwheels per tortilla).
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Notes

Soften cream cheese before mixing for easier spreading. Warm tortillas slightly to prevent cracking. Chill rolls before slicing for neater pinwheels. Avoid wet veggies like tomatoes to prevent sogginess. Store with a paper towel in the container to absorb moisture. Not recommended to freeze as bread gets soggy.
